Our Indian Summer Sale - Nov 11-13

Just received the invitations for our next summer sale from our wonderful graphic designer, www.forgerygraphicdesign.com.  I know we keep mentioning her, but she is the person that pulls all our little ideas together into a perfect package and who insisted we start blogging! She has done a lovely job, more pink!  Now we have to make it (the sale)  happen.  Lots of transforming our little space into a Rajasthani salon, pricing and tagging, and enlisting some help on the day.  Fingers crossed for a lovely warm Indian summer weekend.

What a massive day.  Have been photographing for our website Anne's beautiful sister Kate Bell, a wonderful model and yoga teacher, katebell.com on a perfect day, down on the Sydney harbour foreshore.  Here are some  sneak shots of her in some Read+Bell pieces for our new up and coming website.

Purple....

Love these purple cushions.  Certainly add some zing. We have just had some very similar ones made from a piece of handblock printed silk we picked up on our last trip.

Growing excitement

Our excitement is growing.  After months of work our website is now only five weeks away from completion.  Our fabulous and very patient designer, Emelia Simcox, forgerygraphicdesign.com, has now handed over to her trusty programmer Luke to pull it all together.

There will be a link to this blog on the website.  It will keep you up to date with our news, where we are selling and any one off special pieces we have for sale.
